An amazingly nice resort on the shore of beautiful Lake Tahoe. The rooms are clean and nice. They have lots of great things to do. The staff is extraordinarily helpful.

We enjoy our stay in 2024 for our anniversary so decided to return.as it was our new favorite place but this time our room was.over ran with mice infestation

Carpet had holes. Glasses were DIRTY and BROKEN. There was trash from previous guests. In the description said SLEEPS 4, but it was only a murphy bed and a sofa bed, both small. IT DID NOT SLEPT 4 PEOPLE. Real capacity was for 2 people. When the murphy bed and the sofa bed were extended we did not have space to walk. What happens in the event of an emergency? They don't comply with the minimum standard for emergencies!!!!!!!! A lot of noise from the highway which it's understandable but at least a warning when I booked would've been appreciated. The total stay for 2 nights was $504 which to me it's a complete scam.

This is a true horror story. I booked a room from Thursday to Monday. I checked in on Thursday evening, left my stuff in the room and went hiking early on Friday. I come back after dinner, only to find a cleaned out EMPTY ROOM. ALL OF OUR STUFF IS MISSING. This includes some food, clothes and my wife's medical appliance worth more than $1,500, without which she cannot sleep without pain. They thought we checked out by mistake and threw out all our stuff. There's nobody onsite outside of 9 am to 5 pm and the off hours service is not useful in my situation right now. Writing this review completely frustrated on night 2 of my ruined vacation and waiting for a response and compensation.

They have bedbugs, the service is not quite there, they told us to help them clean the room before check out, and again, they have bedbugs which is disgusting
